How to place an order?

Is booking required?
Yes it is required, two months in advance for wedding cakes and at least fifteen days for birthday or celebration cake.
For short notice orders, please send an email for further discussion and possibility of support.
Is the deposit required? How to make payment?
The deposit is required to secure your order. It is 50% and should be paid within three days after the invoice issue date, balance due amount to be settled at least one week before delivery or to be agreed.
For cookies or cupcakes the terms will be discussed and agreed via email.
We accept all types of payments “cash, bank transfer. But preferable way is bank transfer”.
Can my order be cancelled and refunded?
Cancellation made after deposit is paid will incur $50 administration fee, if the cancellation request was before the full amount has been settled.
Cancellation made after full amount is paid will incur 50% of the paid amount and balance will be refunded.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do deliver in Sydney and suburbs, fees to be mutually agreed depending on distance.
How can I store the cake?
Cakes can be kept at room temperature for one hour after delivery excluding extreme hot weather days “direct to cooling areas”, then any left overs to be kept in fridge or freezer wrapped in cling.
We recommend consuming it within five days if kept in fridge and within three months if kept in freezer.
Do you provide any special dietary products?
Our products are not allergens free and we do not provide any vegan or gluten free products.
